The county government plays a role in recognizing and celebrating the importance of customer service and fostering cooperation between different government entities and institutions for this purpose.

Speaking at the event, the CEC Member said that customer service is crucial, and it is at the heart of everything we do- and that the staff who work tirelessly to deliver amazing customer experiences, have never been more essential than they are now.

“This Customer Service Week we pay homage to those on the front lines – the staff who ensure customers get answers to their questions, resolutions to their problems, and positive experiences,” she added.

This year, in the spirit of inclusion, cross-departmental teams from both the county and the national government and financial institutions actively participated in appreciating customers and also visited patients at  Kapsabet County Referral Hospital.
