DR. PAUL KIPNG’ETICH LAGAT is a holder of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, from the University of Nairobi’s School of Medicine.
At Eland Computer College Kericho, Kenya, he was awarded a Certificate in Computer Applications.
He attended Kapsabet Boys High School and Mogobich Primary School.
Dr. Lagat has worked as a Medical Officer- Out patient, Inpatient, ICU/HDU and Member of Therapeutic and Diagnostics committee.
He has worked at AMREF Medical evacuation as flight doctor on air ambulance and at Karen Hospital Ltd, Nairobi as a Medical officer in charge where he provided outpatient care to patients.
Dr. Lagat has vast experience in Accident and Emergency departments, critical care department-ICU/HDU Renal Unit, In-patient department.
At MTRH, Dr. Lagat worked as a Medical Officer-Accident & Emergency Department where he provided emergency medical and basic surgical care to patients.
At Ololulung’a District Hospital, Dr. Lagat was the Medical Officer In-charge where he was in charge of Hospital Administration, Personnel Management, Provision of Medical, Surgical and Obstetric services.
As a Research Intern, he worked with the Consortium for National Health Research (CNHR) Scholarship where he was attached at the Partners in Prevention Study, Eldoret Site.

SALLY JERUGUT KEMBOI is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Community
Health and Development at Great Lakes University, Kisumu.
Sally has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and holds a Diploma in Community Health Nursing attained at KMTC –Nairobi.
She did her Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education at Itigo Girls Secondary School.
With over 20 years in service, Sally has worked at all levels of health care, starting from the dispensary to level 4, as a Nurse practitioner, Mentor, Researcher and as a Nurse Manager.
Sally has worked as the Nursing Service Manager and Nurse Manager at Kapsabet County Referral Hospital.
Previously, Sally worked as at Kapsabet District as a Hospital-Unit manager, Kampi ya Samaki dispensary as a nurse manager and at Baringo District Hospital as a nurse manager in charge of the maternity unit.
At Kenyatta National Hospital, Sally worked as a KMTC Nairobi-Student Nurse.
Other responsibilities include being a BOM member at St. Paul’s Chemalal and Kimwani Secondary Schools in Chemelil Chemase Ward representing community.
Sally is married and blessed with children.
Ruth Cherotich Koech has a degree in Nursing, Biology and a Master’s in Public Health Management, with a background in the health sector for over two decades. She has worked as a healthcare provider and as a Public Health Administrator for Iowa State Public Health Department in the USA and had the privilege to review a budget of over 250 Million dollars.
JONAH KIPRUTO BIWOTT is currently pursuing a Masters in Management Information System at Kisii University.
Biwott is a certified GIS Expert having trained at Regional Centre of Mapping Resources.
He is also a Siemon Registered Installer and a Giganet Certified Installer after getting certifications from Siemon Company and Datacomms Training.
He holds a Bachelor of Education Science, Computer and Mathematics, from Kabarak University and a Teacher Training Certificate from Egoji Teachers College.
Biwott also attended Meteitei Boys High School and Olomotit Primary School.
He has worked as a Business Development Manager at Soen Technologies Limited where he implemented Hospital Managements System for St. Luke Hospital.
Others include supply and installation of servers in Uasin Gishu County, development of GIS System in Uasin Gishu County, Networked and installed CCTV at Kenya Dairy Farmers Federation, developed a Website for Tindiret Consituency, installed and setup a firewall and security on Tranzoia County Data Center and supplied ICT equipment for the ICT Centers in Uasin Gishu.
Biwott has also worked as a tutor at the ICT Centre of Oll’esos Technical Training Centre and as a teacher at both AIC Tindiret Academy and Maraba Primary School.
Biwott displayed leadership skills when he was the Director Academics and Learning Resource at Kabarak University and also as the KNUT Vice Chairman Nandi East/Tindiret Branch.
DR ROSE JEPLETING SEREM is a holder of Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management (Strategic Management Option) which is a Collaborative PhD with Moi University /Oklahoma State University, USA.
Dr. Serem also holds Master of Business Administration, (MBA)Moi University and a Bachelor of Educational Studies from University of Stirling, UK.
She has a Certificate in Foundation of Social Commerce from Indiana University.
A renowned Publisher and Researcher, Dr. Serem has a commendable 26 years’ experience having worked as an Administrator, Lecturer, Staffing Officer at the Teachers Service Commission and teacher at Kapsabet Boys High.
Remarkably, Dr. Serem has worked as a Senior Lecturer, Dept of Management Science and School of Business and Economics at Moi University.
She also lectured Business Studies at Eldoret Polytechnic.
Dr. Serem served as a member of the University of Eldoret Academic Adhoc Committee, School of Business and Economics Board at Moi University, Postgraduate Committee School of Business and Economics, Moi University and a Member of Curricula development of reviewing undergraduate -Bachelor of Business Management programme
She is also a member of European Centre for Research Training and Development, Kenya Institute of Management, Africa Academy of Management.
Mr. Wilson Kipsigei Lelei is currently pursuing MBA (Strategic Management) at Moi
University, a holder of a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Nairobi. A
certified ISO22000:2005 lead auditor, also trained in; Food safety management systems,
Management Development Skills, Enterprise Risk Management, Finance for non-finance
managers, Basic occupational safety and health, and Occupational First Aid.
He went to Kapsabet Boys High school and Kabolebo Primary School.
Lelei has done a research report on the effects of inoculation and nitrogen added nutrient
application on nodulation and growth of cowpea –Kenkunde 1 variety- used as vegetable.
As a Field Officer at Williamson Tea Kenya Ltd; Tinderet Tea Estate (1989) Limited and
Changoi & Lelsa Tea Farm, Lelei Assisted the Manager in the general supervision and direction of all field operations, planted and maintained young tea as per the Agency guidelines in bringing young teas into bearing, planned and executed the timing and harvesting of good quality Greenleaf among other operations. He has also worked as Small Holders Coordinator and a Management Trainee in the named factories.
